Public Park took place the afternoon of October 9 in Baltimore, MD on a vacant lot once housing a block of typical North-Baltimore rowhomes and stores. Following the block's demolition in 2005 (for a planned condo development that never materialized), the site has remained a vacant lot, growing a beautiful field of grass behind a chain link fence.
